1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bjii ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at bjii.io. These Terms form a legally binding agreement. By completing registration, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on bjii, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

bjii reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for a bjii account and to access any real-money betting, casino, or gaming service on the platform. bjii strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. bjii reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bjii is lawful in your jurisdiction. bjii does not make representations about the legality of online gambling in any specific country or region. By using bjii, you represent that you are not subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from accessing or using online gambling services. bjii reserves the right to restrict access to users from jurisdictions where the provision or use of online gambling services is prohibited.

2.3 Account Limit

Each individual is permitted to hold only one bjii account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 KYC Verification

All bjii accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must provide accurate identity documentation when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bjii may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a bjii account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must not use false or fictitious information during registration. bjii may verify any registration details provided and reserves the right to close accounts where inaccurate information is discovered.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bjii Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bjii will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact bjii support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Currency

bjii accounts for Bangladesh-based players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, balances, withdrawals, bets , and winnings are displayed in BDT unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion is not supported within the bjii platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bjii supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account verification status. bjii reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. bjii does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your chosen payment service.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time and credited to your bjii wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer or card may take longer to process depending on the payment provider. bjii is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed by bjii's payments team within the timeframes specified in the payment section of the platform. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. bjii reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your bjii account, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

bjii reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the account KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the account is under investigation; (d) bonus wagering requirements attached to deposited funds have not been met; or (e) the withdrawal request does not comply with these Terms. bjii will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

bjii is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity through its platform. bjii may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be suspended immediately and the matter reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on bjii are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or market at the time the bet is accepted. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the relevant market rules. bjii reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on bjii. These limits are displayed within each market and may vary by sport, event type, and account status. bjii reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits at its discretion without prior notice.

5.3 In-Play Betting

bjii offers in-play (live) betting on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. bjii reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled according to the rules applicable to that event. bjii is not responsible for internet connection issues that prevent a player from placing or reviewing in-play bets.

5.4 Settlement and Results

Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, bjii's decision, made after consultation of official sources, shall be final. Settlement may be delayed in cases where the result is subject to official review or protest.

5.5 Void Bets

bjii reserves the right to declare a bet void where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned; (b) the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error; (c) there is evidence of match fixing or corrupt activity related to the event; or (d) the bet violates these Terms. Void bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.

6 Casino & Game Rules

6.1 Game Availability

bjii's casino lobby includes live dealer games, slots, RNG table games, and crash games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. 6.2 Game Outcomes

All RNG (random number generator) games on bjii use certified random systems. Outcomes are final once confirmed within the game system. In the event of a game interruption, bjii will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's technical protocols.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

bjii is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game session caused by internet issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a live casino game, the round will be completed by the game provider according to standard rules. 6.4 Game Malfunctions

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers available on bjii are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing. bjii reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from promotional offers at its discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any applicable time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction through a third-party payment provider.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the bjii platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bjii platform, including but not limited to the bjii brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of bjii or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bjii platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the bjii platform without prior written permission from bjii. Any unauthorised use of bjii intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Privacy & Data

bjii collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a bjii account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bjii uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the bjii platform.

bjii will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide platform services (e.g., KYC verification providers, payment processors), comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjii's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bjii account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. bjii is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider failures beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bjii's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by bjii

bjii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the account holder fails to complete KYC verification; (d) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; or (e) bjii is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

13.2 Funds on Suspension

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, bjii may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, bjii reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the withheld balance. Where no breach is found, any withheld balance will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bjii account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bjii reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, bjii will provide registered users with notice via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the bjii platform after the amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the bjii platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.3.
